Alan J. Wiessner, President, CEO and founder of Integra Business Systems, LLC d.b.a. Identifi. After a successful career at NCR Corp. and North American Financial Services, Wiessner went on to found Integra in 1988. Abby K. Ross, Senior Vice President of Sales, has a BS in Business at University of South Florida. Ms Ross joined IBM in Administration, left to join North American Financial Services in bank automation software sales and later was a Product Manager for Tax Director accounting software at Arthur Anderson, before joining IBS in September 1990.
Kaushal Pandya, Chief Technology Officer. Kaushal has 17+ years of experience leading and developing global high-performance teams, architecting, and delivering innovative business and technology solutions to enhance customer experience, drive organizational growth, and profitability. He has experience in managing teams delivering large-scale hybrid and cloud solutions across multiple business units and geographies involving cross-functional projects – leveraging commercial and open-source technologies. Kaushal will help guide Identifi in our Azure cloud services initiative, product architecture, strategy, AI, and future product direction.
Kyle Donovan, Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Professional Services. Kyle will be responsible for our Implementations/Training and Professional Services teams. Kyle’s appointment will ensure we maintain our unparalleled reputation of providing great service to our customers and accelerating the growth of Identifi's business. Kyle brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to Identifi. Throughout his career at GTE Financial Services, Kyle has demonstrated a strong commitment to building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of customer centricity, and delivering exceptional results.
Tim Jagodzinski, Senior Vice President, Business Development. Mr. Jagodzinski spent eight years with an IBM Business Partner, starting as a developer and leaving as an operations manager to co-found Pegasus TransTech. Tim spent 13 years developing Pegasus into a leader in the transportation industry for document imaging and workflow solutions. He has attended the University of Toledo.
