Significant Growth Paves Way to Identifi Enhanced ECM
Where to begin?
First let me thank all of you, fellow employees, customers, suppliers and service organizations for your support of Identifi. While COVID kept us apart, covered our faces, and muffled our voices, collectively we grew closer. We became more resourceful. We worked alongside and online with our children learning virtually. We remodeled, rearranged, created workspaces and home gyms.
Our 5 office buildings are equipped with state-of-the-art air purifiers, industrial strength disinfectants, and a 10-year supply of hand sanitizer. Those of us who come into the offices every day, rattled around a bit aimlessly at first, spooked one another on the occasion we met in the hallways and settled in for what has been a much longer routine to keep the lights on.
Identifi never missed a beat. We remain strong financially. Our customer base and our product line continue to expand. Identifi has invested heavily and placed great emphasis on remote work with many of our new Workflow features and enhancements to our Online eSign product. If you are on an earlier version of Identifi or you’re not taking advantage of Identifi Software as a Service, please reach out to us to learn what the advantages are to use our SaaS. Our top priority is keeping our customer’s data and documents safe and accessible.
As we venture into 2021, the challenges in 2020 have only made us stronger and better positioned to build our future together. All of us at Identifi wish all of you and your families the best health, happiness and success in the New Year!

SolarWinds Orion Platform Vulnerability
In response to the recently disclosed vulnerability of the SolarWinds Orion platform we have reviewed our own use of SolarWinds products.
Identifi uses one SolarWinds product, Security Event Manager (SEM).
As of the date of this notification, SolarWinds advises that the SEM product is NOT believed to be impacted by this vulnerability. SolarWinds has provided a listing of impacted and non-impacted products that can be found here - https://www.solarwinds.com/securityadvisory.
Identifi will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates if and when new information becomes available.

Uber, the world’s largest taxi company owns no vehicles. Facebook, the world’s most popular media company, creates no content. Airbnb, the world’s largest accommodation provider, owns no real estate. We recognize technology is changing the way we live and interact with other people, businesses and the world around us. We need to embrace change and recognize new technologies.
New products and services can be our opportunity to differentiate and outperform competitors. We at Identifi have to challenge ourselves everyday to recognize change and create new opportunities for ourselves, our customers and Identifi.
Leadership is changing too. Leadership today is about sharing. One of the ways to share is to challenge those around you. We all know the grind. Sometimes it is all consuming. Pile on to the grind, a customer, boss or coworker presents us with something we don’t agree with for whatever reason, how should we respond?
We need more than company mission statements and vision statements to help us. We need reinforcement. We need core values to guide us.
Who better to define our core values than those of us who are hands-on people we can lean on, guiding you every day to make you successful? Toward that end we asked our Leadership team to craft them. We want to thank Chris Oppenheimer, Christie Russell, Jim Bryant, Matt Ullery, Stacy Paz and Tricia Lolkus for taking on the challenge and through months of meetings of minds produced Identifi’s Core Values. These Core Values also couldn’t have been done without the help of all of Identifi. We did an exercise whereby everyone at Identifi had an opportunity to whiteboard and choose the words that best define us. Our Core Values define our business and the people who are Identifi.

We at Identifi can "identify" with how hectic and demanding the holiday season can be. It was Billy Jean King who said "pressure is a privilege."
At the same time, we all need to take a deep collective breath, relax and enjoy our family and friends.
Here's some advice from someone who shall forever remain anonymous.
"Break the rules. Forgive quickly. Kiss slowly. Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, and NEVER REGRET anything that makes you SMILE."

We had some fun #teambuilding at Identifi's home offices in Safety Harbor , Florida on a hot day. Each of four teams competed to creatively dress large inflatable ducks we floated on the pond behind our sales and admin/conference center buildings. We then voted to determine the winner of the Duck Wars.
