As a SaaS company the Identifi team is well-suited to having its employees work from home for an extended period of time if/as required. Examples include a cloud-based phone system and multiple ways to facilitate remote access to our Customers and our data centers. At this time we do not anticipate any disruption in normal operations or ability to support our Customers due to the pandemic.
As of 3/14/2020 all Customer and non-critical business travel has been put on hold including training which will be provided remotely.

All contacts remain valid unless you are notified otherwise including Sales, Administration, Project Management, Support and 24×7 escalations. We will continue to monitor the situation and notify Customers if anything affects our ability to provide service during this event.
