Where to begin?
First let me thank all of you, fellow employees, customers, suppliers and service organizations for your support of Identifi. While COVID kept us apart, covered our faces, and muffled our voices, collectively we grew closer. We became more resourceful. We worked alongside and online with our children learning virtually. We remodeled, rearranged, created workspaces and home gyms.
Our 5 office buildings are equipped with state-of-the-art air purifiers, industrial strength disinfectants, and a 10-year supply of hand sanitizer. Those of us who come into the offices every day, rattled around a bit aimlessly at first, spooked one another on the occasion we met in the hallways and settled in for what has been a much longer routine to keep the lights on.
Identifi never missed a beat. We remain strong financially. Our customer base and our product line continue to expand. Identifi has invested heavily and placed great emphasis on remote work with many of our new Workflow features and enhancements to our Online eSign product. Our top priority is keeping our customer’s data and documents safe and accessible.
