What Can Workflow Do for You

Commercial and Personal Loans:

LOS systems can’t do it all. Some are not great at providing online web forms for easy loan applications or collecting annual financial information, others are not great at allowing for approvals like for increases for a line of credit, construction draws, or loan presentation sheets and some are not very good at document tracking of all the documents, including recurring. Identifi workflow will automate where your LOS doesn't.

Loan Underwriting:

Identifi workflow will collect the documents and data from the broker, manage the internal approval process, send out the commitment letter, capture signatures, upload draft legal documents, and upload signed loan documents, and any other steps needed.

Deposits-Front Office/Back Office:

Identifi workflow provides back office new account documents for auditing, allows the request of missing documents from the front office or the customer/member meeting your compliance and security requirements.

HR-New Employee Process/Title Changes/Terminations:

Identifi workflow can inform every department they have work to do for a new employee, i.e. order a PC, add them to a system, etc., and workflow will make sure the work gets done. When an employee title changes multiple system admins need to know to add or remove the employee. When an employee wins quits, it is time to undo everything for that employee; workflow will manage all the steps to remove the employee.

Replace Secure Email:

Your customer/member requests some documents, you download them and then upload them to secure email, and then your customer has an issue accessing secure email. Right from within the Identifi workflow, you can add the documents and send them to your customer. Identifi workflow has dual auth and limited life, so your compliance and security people are happy.

Death Certificates:

When a customer/member dies, every department can be informed simultaneously and lock down access to help prevent fraud and send notifications to the loved ones.

Wire Transfers:

Identifi workflow will manage the wire request from the customer/member, collect the signatures, perform an approval process, get the OFAC uploaded for all parties, and get the FNBB confirmation uploaded in a timely fashion, providing a complete audit log of everyone in the process. It beats emails all day, every day.
